This type of forward pressure reducing regulator is different from other manual pilot regulators, thanks to its ability to serve as a positive pressure regulator as well as a vacuum regulator. This Model 16 regulator has a vent, which makes it possible to connect it to both vacuum and pressure lines to control the vacuum or positive pressure.

This product line includes 5 variants of the Model 16 pressure regulators, available for vacuum applications. The positive pressure ranges vary from 0,15 bar gauge up to 10 bar gauge. These Model 16 regulators are thus ideally suited to pilot Equilibar ® back pressure regulators, as they can be used in a variety of different applications due to its vacuum and overpressure capabilities.
